1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vibrant Family Community (the “Platform”), including any website, mobile application, community features, tools, AI systems, educational materials, or services provided by Vibrant Family Education LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

This Platform is intended for parents, caregivers, and adults supporting children and families.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access at our sole discretion.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

No-Refund Policy

  • *No partial refunds are provided for unused time

  • *Failure to use the Platform does not constitute grounds for a refund

5. No Guarantees of Outcomes

We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to:

  • *Your child’s academic progress

  • *Behavioral changes

  • *Family dynamics

  • *Emotional or developmental outcomes

Any examples shared are illustrative only.

You are responsible for how you apply the information within your family.

6. Community Conduct

You agree to:

  • *Treat all members with respect and kindness

  • *Contribute to a safe, supportive environment

  • *Share responsibly and honestly

You agree not to:

  • *Post unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content

  • *Harass, threaten, or shame other members

  • *Share spam or promotional content without permission

  • *Upload harmful software or attempt to disrupt the Platform

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you share.

By posting, you grant Vibrant Family Education LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • *Display

  • *Share

  • *Promote

  • *Archive

your content within the Platform.

You confirm that you have the rights to share any content you post.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform materials — including branding, content, tools, resources, and design — are owned by or licensed to Vibrant Family Education LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services & Contributors

The Platform may include guest experts, partners, or community members sharing resources or services.

  • *We do not guarantee outcomes from third-party services

  • *We are not responsible for agreements made outside the Platform

  • *Any transactions are independent

10. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a written notice including:

  • *Description of the copyrighted work

  • *URL of the content

  • *Statement of good faith belief

  • *Statement under penalty of perjury

11. Termination

Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and responsibility.

13. Indemnification

You agree to hold Vibrant Family Education LLC harmless from any claims arising from:

14. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration shall occur in the State of Oregon.

Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

You waive your right to a trial by jury.

15. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute shall be brought solely in your individual capacity.

You waive the right to:

  • *Join consolidated claims

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
